Pontoon boats are known as “It’s 5 o’clock somewhere” and time to party on the water now crafts of leisure. But did you know that for the past 29 years pontoon boats have been speed machines at the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout! This friendly boating competition started in 1988 and takes place every summer in central Missouri. It is a week long festival complete with lots of boat racing, charity tournaments and entertainment for the whole family. Now that sounds like fun!
My kind of pontoon. 115 mph world record
